13.0 Aesthetics

13.1 The smart bump should look attractive to improve our perception within the market.


14.0 Ergonomics

14.1 All sharp edges/corners will be removed to avoid damaging the vehicles.

14.2 Drivers below the speed limits will feel comfortable while moving over the bump.

14.3 Drivers above the speed limits will feel discomfortable while moving over the bump.


15.0 Competition

15.1 The smart bump will be competitive against similar products which include the following companies:

i.Dunlop Transcalm – England
ii.Decano Industries - Mexico
iii.Badennova S.L – Spain


16.0 Quality and Reliability

16.1 The smart bump will not generally fail within a period of three years and only 1 in 50 will fail within the first year.

-ASTM C531: Standard Test Method for Linear Shrinkage and Coefficient of Thermal Expansion of Chemical-Resistant Mortars, Grouts, Monolithic Surfacings, and Polymer.

-ASTM D573: Standard Test Method for Rubber.
